We begin with an initial exchange via email to curate a package perfect for you. From thereon, we will organise a discovery call (or, if preferred, an in-person meeting). We will then begin implementing a strategy within the timeframe offered, and the requirements of your package: ie. once-off projects, or retainers.

Based off our agreed-upon quote, we will then move forward upon an upfront fee of 25%. Payments will then be invoiced monthly, dependant on the scale of projects and/or partnership. Should our client be unhappy with our services in the first month, your 25% deposit will be fully refunded, granted that the cancellation is within reason.
